Refunds

- You must provide photo evidence of the damage.

- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear images of the damaged or defective item
Our team will review your request and get back to you within 24 hours.
Returns
We do not accept returns for any reason. All sales are final.
Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address. Orders are shipped directly to the address provided during checkout.
Order Cancellation
Once an order is placed, it is immediately processed, so we cannot cancel or modify any orders. All sales are final.
